Are Wild Dunes vacation rentals part of Hyatt? Can I earn or redeem World of Hyatt points?
Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals are not eligible for the Hyatt rewards program.

What amenities are included in my vacation rental?
Each rental is unique, but common amenities include fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to Wild Dunes resort facilities. Many properties also offer private pools, ocean views, and direct beach access. Guests have access to all Wild Dunes Resort amenities.

Is housekeeping included?
Yes, we provide professional housekeeping services before your arrival and after your departure. Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request.
Wild Dunes Home and Condo Housekeeping Information: Guests of Wild Dunes vacation rental homes & condos receive a $175 (+tax) departure cleaning fee as part of your stay. This covers the check out clean and applies per unit, per stay. Please note that stays under seven nights receive a departure clean only. Stays of seven nights or more receive one complimentary mid-week cleaning. Housekeeping services in addition to those already provided are available upon request for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed in vacation rentals?
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed in Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

What is the cancellation policy?
Wild Dunes Vacation Homes and Condos: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30 days prearrival. All deposits are nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

What time is Check-In?
After 4 p.m. Homes and condos guests may check-in with the Guest Experience team at the Welcome Gate on your arrival to the resort.

How old do you have to be to Check-In?
18 years of age to check-in to accommodations at Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, and the Residences at Sweetgrass. Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

What time is Check-Out?
10 a.m. in Homes and Condos. A late departure fee may be assessed for departures after aforementioned times.

What time may I enter my Home or Condo accommodation?
When you arrive at the Welcome Gate at 5757 Palm Blvd, Isle of Palms, SC29451 USA our Guest Experience team will complete the check-in experience with you at that point. Our keyless entry system allows you to gain entry into your rental accommodation by entering your unique access code provided by the Guest Experience team. They will provide a welcome packet with check-in information including an electronic keypad door lock, eliminating the need for a physical key. Once through the main entrance gate, you may proceed directly to your home or condominium rental at the address listed in your welcome packet provided by the Guest Experience team and enter your unit after 4 p.m.

What address do I enter into GPS to get to Wild Dunes?
Enter 5757 Palm Blvd., SC 29451. This will take you to the main resort gate. Your arrival email will include the GPS address to your accommodation and driving directions from the main gate as well.

How do I get my gate pass?
When you arrive at the Welcome Gate of the resort, our Guest Experience team there will orientate you with the resort and check your gate pass or can provide you with a pass.

What parking options are available?
Parking is available with your vacation rental.

What supplies are included in theWild Dunes Vacation Rentals?
A starter kit of dish-soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags (in the bottom of each can). All major appliances including (but not limited to) washer & dryer, refrigerator (some with ice makers), dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Minor appliances including (but not limited to) toaster, blender, full sized coffee maker, etc. Plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cups, mugs, and wine glasses (appropriate number for number of guests the home or condominium sleeps), cooking utensils and serving ware. Sheets and pillowcases. A starter supply of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Additional items include:
- Hair dryers
- Broom, mop and vacuum
- Iron and ironing board
- Alarm clocks
- Extra blankets and pillows
- Starter kit of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash & soap
*Some units have DVD player and/or stereo*

Here are some additional items you may wish to bring with you during your stay:
- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, toilet paper, etc.)
- Paper towels and/or napkins
- Extra laundry detergent and/or fabric softener
- Extra trash bags for kitchen and bathrooms
- Ziploc bags, foil, and/or saran wrap
- Specialty cookware
- Coffee and coffee filters
- Cleaning supplies (if preferred)
- Summer guests may wish to bring beach chairs and beach towels, toys, etc.

What’s included in the Resort Fee?
There is a resort fee of 16% added to each accommodation rate (subject to change). Wild Dunes Resort is pleased to offer guests a number of services inclusive in the Resort Fee:
- Complimentary access to indoor and outdoor games & gaming consoles
- Complimentary putting green and pitching green access
- Complimentary seasonal Island Adventures recreation activities
- On-property resort transportation services
- Unlimited use of fitness center
- Unlimited internet access in all accommodations
- One hour of complimentary tennis court time daily after 12:00 pm

Is outdoor grilling allowed? Outdoor grilling in rental units is strictly prohibited by local fire codes.

What is the smoking policy?
Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation.

Are there any motorized vehicles not permitted on the Resort? Motor Homes, boat trailers, personal watercraft, motorcycles and other two wheeled motorized vehicles are prohibited within the gates of Wild Dunes. Wild Dunes Resort makes no provision for parking/storage of such vehicles.

Does the City of Isle of Palms have ordinances? Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.
